CardQuest is made by Hive Creative LLC. These terms are between you and Hive Creative LLC. By creating an account or paying for Premium, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. You can still use the free parts of the app.
Who may open an account
You must be 18 or older and the parent or guardian. Kids use seats under your account. You confirm that when you sign up.
Premium and billing
CardQuest Premium is one subscription for the whole account. It works on the website and in the iPhone, iPad, and Android apps, on every seat, no matter where you bought it. A free trial lets you try Premium before you pay. The trial does not ask for a card.
Subscriptions on the website
On the website, CardQuest Premium is $3.49 per month or $29.99 per year. Monthly renews at $3.49 each month. Yearly renews at $29.99 each year. Website plans are charged by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with Manage billing on the website.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions
If you subscribe in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple charges your Apple Account. If you subscribe in the Android app, Google charges your Google Play account. The store shows the price before you buy.
Store subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Apple or Google manages them, so you manage and cancel them in your store account, not in CardQuest: on an iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions). On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions (or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime, wherever you subscribed. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the current paid period. It does not stop the moment you tap cancel.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for unused time. Refunds are made only where the law requires them. For website payments, any other refund is at CardQuest's discretion. Email support@getcardquest.com to ask.
Apple and Google handle refund requests for App Store and Google Play purchases under their own policies. CardQuest cannot refund a store purchase. To ask Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To ask Google, see Google Play refunds.
Taxes may be added by Stripe, Apple, or Google where they apply. Prices are the subscription prices, not a quote for tax.
Acceptable use
Use CardQuest for your own group binder. Do not attack the service, probe other people's accounts, or upload someone else's private information. Do not use the app to break the law.
We may suspend an account that abuses the service. We don't promise a particular warning period.

CardQuest is an independent, unofficial group collector tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Wizards of the Coast, or Konami.
