Refunds

Payments for CardQuest Premium are non-refundable.

You can cancel anytime. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the current paid period. There are no partial refunds for unused time.

A free trial lets you try Premium before you pay. The trial does not ask for a card.

Refunds are made only where the law requires them. Any other refund is at CardQuest's discretion. To ask, email support@getcardquest.com and include the account email plus the date of the charge.

A card network or Stripe may not reverse a charge in every case. If we cannot refund a charge, we will say so by email.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Apple and Google handle refund requests for subscriptions bought in the iPhone, iPad, or Android app, under their own policies. CardQuest cannot refund a store purchase. To ask Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To ask Google, see Google Play refunds.
