Delete your account
You can delete your CardQuest account and its data at any time, on the website or in the app. You do not need to reinstall anything.

Sign in on the Primary seat with the account email.

Tap Delete my account and data below, or open More, then Settings, in the app.

Enter the 6-digit code we email to the account owner. The account is deleted right away.
Checking your sign-in…
Can't sign in? Email support@getcardquest.com from the account email with the subject “Delete my CardQuest account”. We reply to confirm, then delete it for you.
What we delete
- The account and its email sign-in
- Seats, cards, notes, and synced card photos
- XP, quests, streaks, trophies, team goals, and badges
- Decks, learn progress, and save history
- Weekly report snapshots and email settings
What stays
- A copy of the binder saved on a device stays there until you reset the binder in Settings.
- Backups and logs at our hosting providers can take a short time to age out.
- Payment processors keep the payment records the law requires.
Subscriptions
Deleting the account cancels a subscription bought on the website or through Google Play. An App Store subscription is not canceled by deleting the account or the app, so cancel it first in your Apple subscriptions. You can also check your Google Play subscriptions afterward.
